UC Seminar Pilot Content
Communication Perspectives is now pilot testing a seminar on Unified
Communications that will be adapted and expanded into a two day
seminar-workshop available through BCR Training.

On May 9, 2006, a pilot version of the seminar was presented at the Spring
meeting of the
Missouri Valley Communications Association.  To download

The objective of the planned two day seminar-workshop will be to assist the
attendees in preparing a draft 3- to 5-year roadmap and strategic plan for
their Unified Communications solutions.  This will incorporate all the
elements of the "new" or "next-gen" unified communications, which
combines calling, conferencing, voice messaging, e-mail, instant
messaging, presence, and various productivity tools, such as "find-me,
follow-me" services.

Next Gen Unified Communications, as defined by all the major participants
in the industry, is:

"The integration of communications with business processes."

Read more about this in the seminar content.

BCR Training will offer this seminar-workshop as both an "In-House"
offering, where your company can bring this course on-site for 6 to 15 of your
employees, and as a "Public Offering" which will be held at hotel locations
for enrollment by interested individuals.
